You need the following

Hoagie roll (1x)
Circular ham slices (6x)
Provolone Cheese Slices (Circular, 3x)
Olive Oil (4 tsp)
Salt (a pinch)


The method is as follows.

First, using a serrated knife, slice the hoagie roll lengthwise from end to end, cutting about three-quarters of the way through so it opens like a hinge.

Use your fat greasy fingers to take out some bread from the top side, and do whatever with it.

Place the ham slices rolled over, fold to fold. It should cover the area perfectly.

Drizzle the olive oil over the ham.

Salt the ham.

Put the slices of provolone on the ham, and close.


This method allows for you to also add other ingredients if needed.
